NEWS: Arogya Manthan 2023: GIZ India’s Notable Contributions and Success
In September 2023, the GIZ India’s IGUHC project played a pivotal role in commemorating the fifth anniversary of the Pradhan Mantri Jan Arogya Yojana (AB PM-JAY) and the second anniversary of the Ayushman Bharat Digital Mission (#ABDM) at the esteemed Arogya Manthan event, held at Vigyan Bhavan, New Delhi.
Over the course of two illustrious days, this event saw the convergence of distinguished experts and stakeholders from various sectors of the healthcare landscape. Their collective aim was to exchange invaluable insights and engage in substantive discussions, charting a course for the future of healthcare in the nation.

One of the highlights of the event was the session moderated by Mr. Amit Paliwal, Programme Director of IGUHC, focusing on “Engaging with Healthcare Providers and Strengthening Public Health Infrastructure”. This session brought together key stakeholders to discuss critical aspects that contribute to the robustness of our healthcare ecosystem.
A moment of particular pride for us was the announcement of the official launch of the District Implementation Unit (D.I.U.) Survey Assessment and Tools Hub Interface (#SATHI) Mobile Application. This significant milestone was facilitated by Shri Sanjiv M. Gadkar, CEO of the State Health Agency J&K, on the inaugural day of Arogya Manthan 2023. The application stands as a testament to the unwavering dedication and tireless efforts of our team, in collaboration with the State Health Agency, Jammu & Kashmir (J&K). Through IGUHC, we take immense pride in providing technical expertise to the SHA J&K team, enabling them to conceptualize and implement the D.I.U. #SATHI mobile application.
